In pursuit of its objective to implement the quality Qatarization policy endorsed by the State of Qatar, Qatar Steel effectively participated in Qatar’s Career Fair, inaugurated by HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, Heir Apparent, from 1-6 April 2013, at Qatar Conventions Centre. The six day event was organized by Qatar Foundation, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar University and Ministry of Labor. As part of its marketing strategy to enhance its cooperation ties with its local and regional accredited traders, Qatar Steel hosted its Traders’ 10th Annual Gathering. An official ceremony was held at St. Regis Hotel –Qatar, in honor of all Qatar Steel’s traders, and in recognition and appreciation of their devoted efforts. The ceremony was attended by a large number of traders and distributers, both locally and regionally. Qatar Steel officials, on top of them were Mr. Ali Bin Hasan Al-Muraikhi, Director General Manager of Qatar Steel, division and department managers, senior employees, in addition to other dignitaries and high ranking officials.
