Qatar Steel is honored to be a member of the World Steel Association’s (worldsteel) revised and expanded Sustainability Charter.

The new Sustainability Charter is organized into 9 principles with 20 associated criteria, which cover environmental, social, governance, and economic aspects of sustainability. Qatar Steel is one among the 39 worldsteel members who have provided evidence that they are aligned with these criteria and are therefore recognized as Charter Member for a 3-year period.
