Qatar Steel’s strategy is aligned to Qatar Vision 2030 to build an advanced society capable of sustaining its development and providing a high standard of living for its people.

The Company’s strategy to leverage on its growth potential by pursuing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities is commendable. I am happy to share with you that Qatar Steel has made significant progress in this regard. The Company has undertaken many steps to strengthen and expand its business operations.

Steel is a strategic material for growth and development of nations and has a multiplier effect on the economy and society. The Company executed well on its strategic roadmap over the past 2 years and delivered a strong financial performance in spite of the spread of COVID 19.

Our values are ingrained in the principles of sustainable development and in line with the vision and mission embraced by the leadership of the company.

Our focus on building long-lasting and trusted relationships with our customers, partners, employees and other stakeholders, and the legacy of caring for our communities, remains the bedrock of our long-term sustainability. Our resilience towards stricter measures to protect our employees will continue to ensure a safe and healthy workplace, even amid COVID 19.
